We run the tours. We do not resell them.

Most tours sold for Side online are resold: a marketplace or an agency takes the booking and hands it to whichever operator has a seat that day. Seven Tours is that operator. Our jeep safaris run on our own vehicles with our own drivers and guides; our excursions are planned and staffed by our team in Side. When you book direct, the company you pay is the company that picks you up.

The price is the operator's price

There is no marketplace commission and no agency margin between you and us, so the price on seven.tours is the price we actually charge for the tour. If you find the same Seven Tours tour cheaper elsewhere, tell us and we will match it. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour and receive a full refund to the card or PayPal account you paid with.

Licensed drivers, insured vehicles, insured staff

Our drivers hold the Turkish professional qualifications required to carry passengers (D2 authorisation and SRC certification). Every vehicle is insured and holds a passenger transport licence, and everyone working on our tours is formally employed and insured. On jeep safaris our driver drives; guests never take the wheel. We also publish who a tour is not suitable for rather than selling it to everyone.

Hotel pickup across the Side region

Pickup is included from hotels in Side centre, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Titreyengöl, Sorgun, Kızılağaç, Kızılot and Manavgat. You choose your hotel when you book; we confirm the pickup time by WhatsApp and the driver knows the hotel, because we collect from it every week.

One message away, before and after booking

Questions about a pickup time, a child's age, a dietary need or the weather are answered by our own team on WhatsApp, in English, German, Russian or Turkish, around the clock. The same number is the emergency line during the tour. Confirmations and vouchers arrive by e-mail the moment you book.

Pay the way you prefer

Pay online by credit or debit card (processed by iyzico) or by PayPal, in euros, US dollars, British pounds or Turkish lira. Your card details never reach us; the payment provider handles them. Prices shown in another currency are the amount you are charged.
