Payment Methods and Security

Secure Online Payments: We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, and debit card. These transactions are processed through PayPal's secure system, ensuring the highest level of security for your financial information.

Pay on Tour Date: If you prefer flexibility, you can opt to pay on the tour date either by cash or credit card. This payment is made in person and is not processed online.

Deposit (Part Now, the Rest on the Tour Day): On selected tours you can choose to pay only a deposit online when you book. Before you pay, the checkout shows the total price of your booking, the deposit you pay now and the remaining amount you pay on the tour day; choosing a deposit does not change the total price. The deposit is paid by card (processed by iyzico) or, where offered, by PayPal. The remaining amount is due in the currency of your booking and is paid on the tour day, in cash or by card, to your guide or driver, who collects it on behalf of Seven Tours.

Data Protection: Your personal and payment details are protected with state-of-the-art security measures. Our website, built with Python Django, adheres to the highest standards of data security.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellations: We offer a hassle-free cancellation process. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and we refund the full amount you paid us: the full price if you paid in full, or the whole deposit if you paid a deposit. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded, and nothing more is charged.

Special Circumstances: In case of emergencies like accidents or injuries, we provide full refunds upon verification. We understand life is unpredictable and want to be as accommodating as possible.

Bookings Paid with a Deposit: If you paid a deposit online and pay the rest on the tour day, these rules apply whatever the tour's own cancellation policy. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts (your pickup or meeting time): we refund the full amount you paid us, which is the whole deposit, to the card or PayPal account you paid with. If you cancel later or do not show up, the deposit is not refunded and nothing more is charged: the remaining amount is only paid on the tour day if you take part. If we cancel the tour, for example because of weather or for operational reasons, we refund everything you paid. In an emergency such as an accident or injury, we refund the deposit in full after verification. What counts is the time your cancellation message reaches us by WhatsApp or e-mail.
