Absolut perfekte Erfahrung! 🌿✨ Von Anfang an war alles professionell, entspannt und luxuriös organisiert. Der Transfer vom Hotel verlief problemlos und sehr angenehm — dadurch begann die Erholung praktisch schon vor dem eigentlichen Spa-Besuch.Das Hamam war hervorragend. Das Peeling und die Schaummassage haben sich unglaublich gut angefühlt und die Haut danach extrem weich und frisch wirken lassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und absolut professionell. Auch die Gesichtsmaske und die Ruhephase danach waren einfach pure Entspannung. Das absolute Highlight war die 60-minütige balinesische Ganzkörpermassage mit Öl. Eine der besten Massagen, die ich bisher hatte. Alle Verspannungen und der komplette Stress waren danach wie verschwunden. Die Atmosphäre, die Sauberkeit, die ruhige Musik und die Professionalität des gesamten Teams haben das Erlebnis perfekt gemacht. Ich habe mich danach komplett erholt, entspannt und einfach glücklich gefühlt.

Das Resort war sehr sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich 👍🏻👍🏻 Alles so wie in der Beschreibung abgelaufen. Die Abholung vom Hotel hat gut geklappt, Fahrer war sogar 10 min früher da 🚘

Der Abhol- und Bringservice hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr schön unsere liebevoll eingerichtet. Die einzelnen Massagen teilweise sehr gut ( besonders die Hot Stone habe ich sehr genossen) - leider tat mir am gesamten nächsten Tag alles weh. Es war einfach ein bisschen zu grob. Auch hätte ich gern zwischen den Massagen eine Ruhepause gehabt- leider war das nicht so. Es sah zwar leer aus aber ich hatte den Eindruck das man möglichst schnell wieder weg sollte. Schade- Ruhezeit sollte doch ohne weiteres möglich sein. Wurde als Sprache deutsch gebucht- das ging aber nicht. War dann englisch.
